Town Center Fitness Aerobic Class Description

 

No Sweat Class: A 30 min. lunch time class that consist of light weights, toning upper & lower body, abs/core, and stretching. No Sweat Class is perfect for those that don’t want to sweat during their lunch break. See how much you can do in 30 mins. You’ll be amazed!

Core Circuit Class: A thirty minute circuit training class that focuses entirely on the core! Get your body PHAT in no Time!

*PT-Group TRAINING: Experience Personal Training in a team circuit training atmosphere. Class is an eight week program, 3 days per week or 2 days per week. Have the best of both worlds with a personal trainer instructing a group of 4-6 members that will keep you dedicated and motivated to reach your fitness goals.

*Spin Class : Want to be like Lance Armstrong? Then you need to train like Lance. Spin your way to a new, healthier you!

*Group Pilates Class: An instructional group pilates class that strengthens core, improves your flexibility, and posture.

Mind And Body Class: Class is a combination of flexibility, strength, relaxation, and connecting your mind and body with deep breathing.

Balance Body Class: A fun and invigorating workout that teaches a series of controlled movements utilizing the body’s core and abdominals, back and hips.  This exercise regimen is designed to create long, lean muscles while enhancing strength, flexibility and balance.  Suitable for any fitness level.

Zumba: A Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements.  This class is designed to tone and sculpt the body using an aerobic/fitness approach to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. New Class on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6am!!!

TCF Running Group: Every Wednesday meet for a run in Town Center.  All Levels are Welcome.

Beginner Dance Class: This class is taught by World Champion Clive Stevens.  Learn dance moves to the hottest music while burning calories. THIS IS A CLASS FOR BEGINNERS!  Have some fun dancing and shedding those extra pounds.

*Classes have an additional Fee!!!
